Frequently asked questions How long will delivery take? Orders placed before 12pm will normally be delivered next day for mainland UK. How much is carriage? Orders over £50 are carriage paid. Under £50 orders will incur a £5 delivery charge. What if I need to return the goods? Provided the goods are unopened and in a saleable condition we will refund in full any return within 14 days. If the item is a special order, or falls outside of this period a charge of 15% will be levied. This does not apply to faulty goods and your statutory rights are not affected. What if I require an item which isn't listed on your website? Email us and we will try and fulfill your requirements swiftly.
